1. Who we are and what this covers
Prediction Solver ("we", "us") runs predictionsolver.com. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What the service is, and is not
Prediction Solver is a sports research and analytics tool. It shows scores, schedules, model projections, and publicly available market prices, and it has an assistant that answers questions about that data.
It is not a sportsbook, a broker, or a financial or betting adviser. We do not accept wagers, hold your money for betting, or place bets for you. Projections are statistical estimates. They can be wrong, and past results do not predict future ones. Nothing on the site is a recommendation or a promise of any outcome.
Features labelled free play, paper trading, chips, XP or reward credits are simulations. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn.
3. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to view sports betting and prediction-market information. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including any rules about betting or trading on event outcomes. Do not use the site where doing so is illegal.
4. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-download the site, use bots or scripts to create accounts or to get around usage limits, resell or republish our projections or data, probe or attack the service, or try to reverse-engineer it. Daily limits on the free and paid plans exist to keep the service fast and affordable, and working around them is a breach of these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Paid plans and billing
Pro is a paid subscription. The price, billing period and any launch or founding offer are shown before you pay, in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails we may retry it, and if it cannot be collected we may return your account to the free plan.
A founding or launch price stays in place for as long as your subscription continues without lapsing. If we change prices for new customers, we will not raise yours without notice. Taxes may be added where the law requires.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Our content and yours
We own the site, the models and the text and design, and we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own research. Data from third-party providers belongs to those providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or projection is accurate or complete. You can lose money betting or trading on events, and you alone decide what to do with what you see here.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from betting or trading decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes, ending your account, and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters we will tell you by email or on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept it. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
